Fernando was fantastic! He provided top-notch service and made us feel taken care of at all points of our meal. And the food was great. A perfect evening out.

Our dinner was delicious! The chicken parmesan was epic. Carlos was a wonderful waiter and made sure we were well taken care of. We would absolutely return!

Fernando, the food and the atmosphere was all wonderful. He made my daughter feel really special for daddy daughter date night! Keep up the great work, the great service.. it is all about helping/serving others.

Had an absolutely amazing time! Romona was a wonderful waitress, very attentive and knowledgeable of the food and drinks. She was able to add a candle to my friend’s dessert as we were celebrating a new job. The food was delicious and very fresh. Great atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Will be back!

I was seated outdoors in January. Although chilly that day this place is was still calm, classy and beautiful. The service was fantastic, I’m talking waiting on your “beck and call”. My favorite was the way my green tea was served. I love this place

I enjoyed eating here tonight, especially since I hadn't been to Serafina in over a decade. First, our server was fantastic! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name to be able to give her credit. She had great personality, was humorous and very attentive without hovering, asked good questions, made great cocktail suggestions, and brought a decent substitute sauce for my steak since the steak sauce was so-so. And most unfortunately, she didn't stay with us to the end of our meal, so a different server received her tip. The espresso martini she recommended was absolutely perfect, all ingredients wonderfully balanced! I'll definitely get it again, and will have the perfect comparison if I order it at another restaurant. Although the plating of my steak dinner was mediocre, the steak itself was ON POINT!! I ordered the steak medium rare, and it was a beautiful medium rare indeed!! It tasted divine, lightly seasoned and so juicy, wheeewww!! Loved it!! The steak sauce could've been much better though, no pizzazz, too much like a basic gravy. Two days, I ate the remaining half of the steak and it still tasted great!! The pistachio tart was so-so. It was too soft and creamy with too subtle pistachio taste and a negligible sprinkle of chopped pistachio on top. They should've covered it with a layer of chopped pistachio and left off the huge mint leaves. I won't order it again, and I don't recommend it. Even with the disappointing steak sauce and pistachio tart, I still give a 5 for food because of the steak, fries, and espresso martini! I'll not wait a decade before visiting Serafina again.

We're in town for the Central Park Winter Half Marathon and after running 13.1 miles we were desiring the best post race meal, and I'm so glad my husband chose Serafina's on 77th and Broadway. Not only was our meal prompt and delicious, but the portions are well worth the price. Service nowadays can be hit or miss, but Roberto was THE best. We will definitely be back next time we're on the upper west side!

Jose made our experience at Serafina really exceptional. He was friendly, informative about the menu and patient while we considered the many, many options. We sat outside and watched the rain, ate the best meal, and were grateful for all of Jose’s accommodations. Looking forward to our return. We NY.
